Chief Executive OfficerThomas Rogg holds a German diplom in Computer Science (roughly equivalent to master's degree) and has extensive knowledge in biochemistry and biotechnologies. He looks back on a 16-year career as a company builder.

Head of Research & DevelopmentDr. Michael Hinzmann, appointed Head of Research & Development in 2023, holds a Doctorate in organic chemistry and is responsible for improving our treatment from a scientific point of view.
