We understand that an online presentation alone is not enough for many people to choose a treatment. To support an informed decision, we offer:
A step-by-step start

We can prepare the drugs for the patient and then demonstrate their effectiveness in vitro using the patient's cell samples:
  • that the patient's cancer cells are precisely targeted while healthy cells do not respond; and
  • that the cancer cells respond well to the drugs that induce cell-cycle arrest (stop growth) and apoptosis (cell destruction).

Depending on the overall agreement, we are ready to waive payment if we are not successful with these demonstrations.

If the patient then opts for the Ambrego treatment in the form of an n-of-1 trial (see below), the treatment costs are reduced by the drug preparation costs, with the exception of the risk bonus.

Animal Experimental Treatment

If your pet has cancer, we may be able to offer experimental treatment now.

We will work closely with your veterinarian to ensure that your pet receives the same standard of safety provided to people participating in n-of-1 treatments (see below).

Experimental treatments for pets are an established and accepted practice.
We cannot provide this service because the law requires most animals used in experimental treatments to be purpose-bred. See the Q&A section for details.

Human n-of-1 Treatment

Although the modular design of Ambrego drugs is intended to provide high reproducibility, their individualized nature currently limits treatment to n-of-1 trials. Each patient therefore participates in a separate clinical trial that requires careful, individual attention—which we believe is appropriate.
